LabNexus Patient Portal

PCR test results are sent to the LabNexus patient portal. If you have not already created a LabNexus portal account, you will receive a registration email to set up your account.

If you have already created a LabNexus patient portal with GS Labs, please follow the link below to login.

https://gslabstesting.labnexus.net/portal/login.aspx

Step 1

Go to the e-mail address that was provided when the original appointments were created. Look for an e-mail with the subject line “Register for the GS Labs Patient Portal by MM/DD/YYYY” from portal@labnexus.net.

Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder

Step 2

Once you have found the e-mail, write down/copy your registration code and click on the hyperlink to access the portal on your web browser

Step 3

Type/Paste your registration code into the box and continue filling out your information. Remember to write down/save your username and password for future use.

This information (Name, DOB, e-mail) must match what was provided on the initial appointment booking

Please refrain from using Apple recommended strong passwords as they do not save on the site.

Step 4

To view results, click on the paper icon on the left-hand side of the page. This will open as a pop-up window that will link you to the PDF document of your results

We recommend using a PC laptop or computer on the Google Chrome web browser if you are unable to open the attachment on a mobile phone, Mac, tablet/iPad, or Safari web browser. If you wish to see your lab report PDF on Safari, you will need to disable your pop up blocker (Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups > Disable)

Troubleshooting

If any of the following problems/errors occur;

  • Registration code is expired
  • Personal information is incorrect
  • Registration e-mail was never received
  • If you have forgotten your username or password

COVID-19 Rapid Antibody Test

This test detects two different types of antibodies (IgM and IgG) that may develop in most patients after exposure to SARS-CoV-2. The IgM/IgG test identifies whether a person has developed antibodies for SARS-CoV-2 and can do so as soon as 48 hours after exposure.  For the IgM/IgG test, GS Labs is using the CoronaCHEK Antibody IgM/IgG Rapid Test Device. At this time, it’s unknown how much protection antibodies might provide against reinfection.

  • Test Purpose: Used to detect a past or recent infection.
  • Sample Type: Blood sample via finger prick
  • Results Time: 20 Minutes* (Wait times may vary depending on volume)
